Easter Week opening times at St Giles’: The church will be open between 12 noon and 2 pm from Tuesday to Friday next week (closed Easter Monday.)  Evening Prayer will be said, as usual, at 5:30 pm on Easter Monday.

Free Junior Chess Tuition at St Giles’: 10 am-12 noon on Wednesday 30th March and Thursday 31st March.  No need to book.  The training will be informal and children are welcome to attend on either or both days.  We will be registering those who want to move on to the next level of ECF certificate, although no tests will be conducted during these sessions.  Further details from Rod Nixon or David Longrigg

♦ Some students at Brasenose College are planning to drive a load over to the Calais migrant camp after the end of term. They are collecting books (eg fiction, dictionaries, textbooks) as well as camping gear, waterproofs, and tinned food. If you would like to donate, there will be a box in church.
