On this site you can join the St Giles Oxford Community through the internet, see pictures of the church and learn some of our history. You can ring the bells, open the North Door and even hear the famous St Giles choir at work. Please browse for as long as you wish - and send us a message if you feel so inclined (email links are at the top of each page). Use the navigation links on the left - or one of the links below to explore. The church is normally open from 12.00 noon to 2.00pm on most weekdays and during our advertised services.

Welcome to the St. Giles’ Church Internet Pages. St Giles’ is part of the Church of England, and located in the Diocese of Oxford. St Giles Church is operated as part of a Joint Benefice with St Margaret's Church in Summertown.

Where’s St. Giles’ Church?

In St. Giles’, between the Woodstock & Banbury Road, just north of the city centre in Oxford. You can get to St. Giles’ by bus from the centre - no. 2(A/B/C/D), 7A, 10, 25, 27, 28, 29. It is a short walk from the Bus and Train Stations. (Parish Boundary Map)
